Because in the previous article we talked about the beauty of Bali and Lombok Island, so this time I want to introduce about one Balinese cuisine, betutu. Despite the fact that there are a lot of typical food in Bali, maybe I will review the dishes at a later time.

Betutu is a pride typical dish of Bali made of whole chicken or duck contains spices, and roasted in the husk fire. This highly seasoned and spiced dish is a popular dish in Bali and Lombok. An even spicier version is available using extra-spicy sauce made from uncooked (raw) onion slices mixed with red chili peppers and coconut oil.
This traditional cuisine of Bali is favored by many tourists, both domestic and foreign to the present. Not only be serving at religious events and custom events, but also has become a commercial dish, and can be found in many restaurants and hotels.
